How do I purchase an Air Greenland gift card?
To purchase a gift card, please contact the Air Greenland Call Centre via Contact Us.
Let us know the value you would like the gift card to have. We will then send you the gift card number along with our payment details. Please remember to include the gift card number in the payment reference when making your bank transfer.
Can a name be added to the gift card?
Yes. If you wish, we can personalise the gift card by adding the recipient's name.
Which routes can the gift card be used for?
The travel gift card can be used across Air Greenland's entire route network.
One-time use
The gift card can only be used as payment for a single purchase. No cash refunds will be given, and any remaining balance cannot be used for future purchases.
If the cost of your booking exceeds the value of the gift card, you can simply pay the difference.
Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Validity:
The travel gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Unused gift cards expire automatically once the validity period has ended.
Can the travel voucher be transferred to someone else?
No. Travel vouchers are non-transferable and may not be assigned to a third party.
