Pre-Order Taxfree

Air Greenland is collaborating with Airshoppen Travel Retail to offer Pre-order duty free to travellers from Copenhagen and Billund to Greenland and Iceland via www.airshoppen.com

Travellers can order tax-free products before departure and have them delivered directly to their seat on board via: Taxfree Airshoppen

Please note that the webpage is in Greenlandic and Danish only, but you can use the webbrowsers translation feature.

The catalogue has over 1700 products and Air Greenland is the first commercial airline in Europe to offer this service on transatlantic flights from Denmark and Greenland.

How do I order?
You can order goods for your outbound and return flights at airshoppen.com You can also order by email or phone.

 

When is the latest time to order goods?
You can usually order items up to 4-5 days before departure. Please note that some flights have different order deadlines. When you log in to our airshop with your booking reference, you will be informed when your flight closes for ordering tax-free goods.

 

When will the goods be delivered?

Your pre-ordered items will be on your seat when you board.

 

How do I change my order?
You can change your order right up to the order deadline - by logging in to Airshoppen. If your basket is already paid for, select 'Edit order'. Only the payment will be deleted - not the items in the basket. You can then change the contents of the cart again and add or remove items before making a new payment. You can also change your order by calling Airshoppen customer service on +45 32 47 76 72.

 

I have not received confirmation?
Check that your email address is entered correctly. If you have shopped online with a selected payment method and correct email address, you will receive an order reservation by email immediately after you have placed your order. After the order deadline, when we pack and ship the goods to the plane, you will receive the final order confirmation. It's important that you receive your final order confirmation before departure, as it's your proof that you have ordered items from the Airshop.


I have received two confirmations, will I get two orders?
No, it is always the last order confirmation you receive that is valid.

 

How do I order 4 for 3?
If you order 4 items (8, 12 or more) together, the cheapest item will be free.
Please note that 4 for 3 only applies to selected products marked with the “4 for 3” label. 4 for 3 offers cannot be mixed across categories.

 

How do I know if my order has been registered?
You can change your order - right up to the order deadline. The exact deadline is indicated when you log in to the Airshop. You can change your order online by logging into Airshop and selecting 'Edit order' in the shopping cart. This will make the cart editable again and it will now be possible to add or remove items before making a new online payment.

 

Why haven't I received an item for free?
This can happen if you have selected one or more items that are not included in the 4 for 3 offer or if you have selected 4 products across categories. We have three different 4 for 3 offers, all marked with individual colors. Check that the four offer items you have added to your cart have the same color label.

 

When will the money be withdrawn?
The money will be withdrawn 1-3 days before departure.

 

I can't pay online, why?
Check that you are using a payment card that we accept. Then check that you have not blocked your payment card for online payment. There may also be a technical error on the webshop - if so, please try again later.

 

Payment is not authorized but the amount is reserved on my account, why?
You have tried to make an online payment and an amount has been registered on your card. There is a delay in the banking system which causes the amount to be reserved, but this will disappear in a few days when the system is updated. Unfortunately, we cannot influence this as the money has not yet been transferred to us.

Why do I only pay 1DKK?
1 DKK indicates that you make a reservation of the amount and we only deduct the money when we start packing your order.

 

I can't pay via the payment link I received?
The payment link is only valid for 24 hours. If you need a new link, you can contact Airshoppen customer service who will send you a new payment link. You can also pay for your order at www.airshoppen.com until the order deadline.

 

Why are the products still visible in the cart after payment?
The ordered items will remain visible in the shopping cart until your journey is complete, as it is possible to add items up until the order deadline.

 

I want to delete my order, how do I do that?
You can delete your order by using the "Cancel order" in your cart on the Airshop before the order deadline.

 

 

After the trip

Faulty goods
If you discover a fault or defect in a purchased item, you must contact Airshoppen within 14 days of delivery and explain what the fault or defect is. 
All electronic goods, watches, sunglasses, jewelry and bags have a 2-year warranty. Remember to keep the receipt as it serves as proof of warranty. You are welcome to contact us for further information and to find a solution.

 

Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in Airshoppen. If you regret your purchase of a specific item, you must return it to us by post. Please note that we only accept returns that are in their original packaging and have not been used. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to tobacco and alcohol. Please note that the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to alcohol and tobacco.

 

Receipt for purchases onboard
To protect the environment, we do not print paper receipts onboard. The receipts for your pre-ordered items and onboard purchases are available on airshoppen.com.
