• Check in multiple passengers – Check in the whole family at once and get boarding passes for everyone if you're all under the same booking number.
• Multiple emails on your profile – Link several email addresses to your Club Timmisa account.
• Track your departure – View your departures directly on the app’s home screen.
• More travel inspiration – Discover and book unique experiences in collaboration with Arctic Excursions.
• Podcast for fear of flying – Access Air Greenland’s podcast with three episodes designed to help you manage a fear of flying.
• New and improved design – A more intuitive user experience with an updated interface.
How Do I Add Multiple Emails?
Under My Profile, you can enter, for example, both your work and personal email addresses. This way, the app should automatically recognize a booking in your name—as long as the name matches one of your registered emails.
It's important to note that the app is personal, so you should only add your own email addresses—not those of your partner, mother, or grandmother.
Be aware that you won’t be able to add an email address that’s already associated with another profile. For instance, if you once created a Club Timmisa profile using your work email but now use your personal email and want to add the work email, you’ll first need to delete the old user before you can add that extra email.
How Can I Book Experiences Through the App?
In collaboration with Arctic Excursions, you can now discover and book exciting experiences directly through the app. Explore dog sledding, boat trips among icebergs, helicopter tours, and much more!
Once you’ve booked an experience, you’ll receive an email from Arctic Excursions with all the details. If you need to make changes or there are errors related to your booking, you should contact Arctic Excursions directly at +299 24 47 89, Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
How Do I Check In the Whole Family?
If everyone on your booking shares the same booking number, you can easily check them all in at once through the app and receive boarding passes for the entire family.
How Do I Update My App?
If your phone doesn’t update apps automatically, you can do it manually:
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Search for Club Timmisa.
Tap Update.
Where Can I Find Air Greenland’s Podcast for Fear of Flying?
A link to the podcast is available in the app. It consists of three episodes designed to help you understand and manage fear of flying.
The episodes must be downloaded via Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
