Changes
Date can be changed up to 2 hours before departure for a fee via My Booking (Tickets purchased before October 2025 cannot be changed)
Fee: 750 DKK plus any price difference
Refund
Only taxes and fees can be refunded up to 2 hours before departure via My Booking
Practical information
- Changes are made via My Booking, if the ticket was purchased from Air Greenland
- When purchasing via Air Greenland's Business Portal, changes are made via Business Portal login
- When purchasing via a travel agency, changes are made at the agency
