If a flight is canceled or delayed for more than 4 hours, Air Greenland offers a meal voucher to each passenger.
Meal vouchers must be considered as subsidy to cover extra costs, for meals to each passenger.
Please contact the staff at the airport or heliport to receive the meal voucher.
Please note, if you are a resident of the city you are canceled from, you will not receive a meal voucher for meals.
If you choose to stay privately with family or friends, Air Greenland does not cover accommodation expenses. In practice, this also means that if you have the option to stay privately and are therefore not considered stranded, meal vouchers will generally not be provided.
