Why can't I add my trip to the app?
For Club Timmisa to register your trip, you must ensure that your name is exactly the same as the name you entered on your ticket.
Please also note that only one surname can appear on a ticket; therefore, you should only enter one surname in the surname field of the Club Timmisa profile.
For example, if your name is Karen Johanne Petersen Kristiansen on your ticket, but you have only written Karen Kristiansen in Club Timmisa, the system cannot match your ticket. You will then have to add all your names and try again.
Example:
First name: Karen Johanne Petersen
Last name: Kristiansen
You can always change your name in your app by tapping the 'My Profile’-icon at the top right of the app's front page.
